Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Policies & Guarantees
Custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable, but we guarantee quality craftsmanship.
In-Store Purchases
We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Online Purchases
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, Susan Saffron Jewelry will accept items for exchange or return. Items must be returned in new, re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date to receive a refund. Returns initiated after 10 days, but within 30 days, are only eligible for store credit.
All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original tag. All other standard return policy conditions apply.
