In Store Purchases:
If you are not fully satisfied with your in-store purchase you are eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, Susan Saffron Jewelry Boutique will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at: email@example.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (USPS). Saffron Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
