Our Refund & Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Online Purchases

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, Susan Saffron Fine Jewelry will accept items for exchange or return. Items must be unworn and returned in new, re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date to receive a refund. Returns initiated after 10 days, but within 30 days, are only eligible for store credit.

How to Make A Return

To initiate a return, please email info@saffronjewelry.com for a return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Our team will email you a return label through USPS. Please pack your return in the original box.  

Susan Saffron Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Once your return is processed, the original purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom items purchased in-store or online are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
